Create a Professional Course with Cogniroot AI

Open the Course Directory

From your CRM dashboard, click Course List in the sidebar to open the course directory. As a first-time vendor, this is where you manage every course you publish.

Click the Create Course button to begin. This launches the three-step course builder that powers the rest of your setup.

Start AI Generation

Select the Generate with AI option inside the course builder. The AI-driven modal walks you through a simple brief so the system can generate your curriculum automatically.

Proceed to the brief step to provide the AI with your course parameters.

Fill the Brief

Describe your course topic, set the total duration, choose the number of modules, and select the target learner level. These inputs give the AI its core configuration.

  • Optionally upload reference documents to guide content style and depth.
  • When ready, click Generate Modules and wait for the AI to create your module list.

Review and Adjust Modules

Once modules are generated, you can edit titles, drag to reorder, add new modules, or delete ones you don’t need. Tweak the structure until it reflects your teaching plan.

When satisfied, click Generate Lessons. The AI will create a lesson-level outline that fits your module structure.

Generate Content

After finalizing the lesson outline, select Generate Content. The platform builds comprehensive materials for each lesson—text, structure, and suggested resources.

Monitor the process in real time. When generation finishes, the modal will confirm the course is ready.

Open and Refine in the Builder

Click Open Course Builder to view every generated lesson and resource. From here you can expand, edit, or enhance content to match your voice and brand.

Use this stage to make manual improvements before publishing.

Adjust Course Setup

Click Edit Setup in the Course Setup step to open configuration options. Update the course title, add a compelling short description, change language, and set type, level, and category.

Upload or replace the course cover image so your course matches your branding.

Control visibility and manage private access

Visibility & Access Options

Choose Public to make the course available to all users, or Private to control who can enter. Private mode offers several access methods:

  • Unified URL with optional password protection.
  • Individual unique links for specific learners.

To issue individual links, go to Setup Individual Links and generate records for each learner.
